What Causes Nausea And Vomiting Along With Headache?

I have recently had three bouts of three days of nausea and vomiting along with terrible headaches. I assumed it was a bug the first couple of times but this last bout was three weeks after the last! No-one else in my family has been affected on any of the occasions. Could it be anything else?
