What Causes Nausea, Discomfort In Chest And Heart Burn Post Kidney Transplantation?

I m a kidney transplant patient with 20% renal function. I am feeling nausea and some tightness in my chest with a little heartburn sensation my bp was136/70 pulse of 104. I also feel tired and uncomfortable. I had a visit with nephrologists Wednesday he said to increase lasix. This has been going on since mid December even went to er for same symptoms nothing wrong. Wondering if it might be pill side effects I take minoxidil,amlodopine.hydralazine,and losartan and warfarin.
