What Causes Nausea, Disorientation And Hot Flashes On Face?

My 65 year old husband has been having nausea episodes for two days... Today he had 7 episodes.... Today he didn t remember who two of his close friends were when I mentioned their names. He is not vomitting... His face gets flushed and pale. He is not sick with any flu type symptoms. I m concerned. he has an appt with his doctor this Wednesday. What do you think I should do?
