What Causes Nausea, Dizziness And Diarrhea?

I have for the past three days been nauseous, dizzy and has diarrhea. Just took my blood pressure and it is 152/101. Took it a second time and it was 144/97. I am able to eat little amounts and drink water but as soon as I do, I have to go to the bathroom. What is going on in my body?
