What Causes Nausea, Dizziness And Fatigue With An Enlarged Cervix?

I am 2 days late for my period and have had pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, headaches, and fatigue. Today I did an, 'examination' of sorts, and found, after some research, that my cervix is enlarged, (not sure though). I haven't had sex for nearly 3 months and had my last 2 periods like normal. I'm just wondering if I'm pregnant because I smoke and I don't want it to harm the baby if I am.
