What Causes Nausea, Dizziness And Fluttering Sensation In Head?

For the past few weeks I have had 3 day episodes of fluttering sensations in my head accompanied by nausea, stomach pain, and feeling flushed. When this happens I can t go anywhere because I ll get too over heated and nauseous, and the dizzy/fluttering feeling in my head intensifies. These episodes usually last 3 days and nothing has helped me, I just have to wait it out every time. I was wondering if this is associated with migraines even if my head doesn t hurt during the episodes and if you have any suggestions for me? Should I see a neurologist?
