What Causes Nausea, Dizziness, Fatigue And Frequent Urination?

Hello.
Im have irregulars period or not period at all.
3 weeks ago I had sex with condoms. Ive been naunseous dizzy tired and so on. I have a year old baby. Im not in any birth control. However when I eat I just want to throw up. And today im peeing a lot.
Any suggestions?
