What Causes Nausea, Drowsiness, Lack Of Appetite And Vaginal Bleeding?

I started what I thought was my period but I had and still have no cramps I acted as if it was a period thinking it was going to get heavier like a normal period but as a few hours and days pasted it did not. It just stopped. Never filling up a tampon in a whole day. This lasted maybe 2-3 days. I m nauseated, sleepy, and don t have an apatite. My boyfriend said he is trying to get me pregnant. Help! It s too early for a pt test since my period is due any day now
