What Causes Nausea , Fatigue And Headaches?

Please type your query here... i had unprotected sex a week ago just one day after my periods..i have been having nausea, fatigue and body aches and lower abdominal pains but not frequent..i tested for pregnancy five days after the intimacy but the result came out negative though i was told it was too early to determine pregnancy...i went to hospital for checkup, i thot it was either malaria or amoeba but tested negative..i was told i just had bacteria in my stool..could i be pregnant? am 23 years old..
