What Causes Nausea, Headache, Vertigo, Vomiting With Accompanying Depression?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have no health insurance so I can't go to the Dr. Because I can't afford it anyhow I am constantly nauseated and it is accompanied by a slight headache and vertigo, I also am vomiting everything I eat I have been like this off and on for about 15months ever since I had my last child (I had a tubal so I'm not pregnant) but these symptoms are getting more frequent I've been like this for the last 10 days straight... I am so miserable its triggering my depression. Can I be lacking something??? I just don't feel normal my head dosent feel right any suggestions
