What Causes Nausea , Heartburn , Back Pain And High BP?

I've had my past two monthly periods and they only lasted 3 to 4 days. but now i'm having nausea, heart burn, lower back pain, and high blood pressure. i did do 4 home pregnancy test and they all came back negative. i'm on the heavy side, could i have a low hCH count or could it be something else?
