What Causes Nausea, Hot Flashes, Abdominal Pain And Dizziness?

My partner And I thought I might be of been pregnant but test results showed negative I was first experiencing nausea through day hot flushes where I would feel nauseous, I get dizzy spills or head spins throughout day, I do not eat meet so my iron may be low but I would eat normal food and loose appetite or it would make me feel sick not eating enough or crave food I don t like but still can t finish it. I also have been experiencing some pain in my abdomen mostly where my Fallopian tubes and ovaries are, i was late on my period by a week... Then I had SEVERE pains and cramping in my stomatch behind my belly button and sides where ovaries are for about an hour ... I took NO notice of it because the pain went away, but then I thought I was spotting with real light red blood and then it got more and more blood over two days like a period.. But some pain has returned today s and slight swelling in lower stomatch and ovarian area... We asked another online doctor who said it is an ectopic pregnancy I was hoping you could reassure me and give me a second opinion
