What Causes Nausea, Hot Flashes And Chills In A 59-year-old Woman?

Hi, I am 59 years old passed menopause which I had no problems with not even hot flashes. In the last month I have had nausea, hot flashes and chills. It come on suddenly and last for over an hour then goes away. I am fine for several days then it happens again.
