What Causes Nausea, Lightheadedness, Sore Breasts With Bleeding?

I am 43 yrs old. I started developing symptoms of nausea, feeling light headed and sore breasts one week before my normal period. It was 3 days late and lasted 3 days. At first I thought they were premenstral symptoms but they havent gone away and I ended the bleeding a week ago. I dont know what is wrong with me. I am normally like clockwork.
