What Causes Nausea, Mood Swings And Pain In Abdomen?

hi I am 27 years old & for the past 3weeks I have felt like throwin up or have thrown up. I can't sleep at night cause of caughing & my hips & back or the pain in my stomach keeps me up I've took pregnacy test they came out neg & I went 2 the doc for them 2 take blood yesturday 2 see if it show up I'm pregnat or what's wrong I wuld jus like 2 know a little more of what could be wrong. I feel tired have mood swigs I have been hot when normal I'm always cold til last night I was ccold I couldn't get warm what could be goin on with me
