What Causes Nausea, Shortness Of Breath, Numbness In Legs And Upper Arms?

Hi... On quite a lot of occasions I have experienced numbness in both of my upper arms and legs. They feel numb yet legs feel hollow This can happen at any time of the day. I also experience nausea and shortness of breath. I am recovering from anorexia at the moment.
