What Causes Nausea, Sweating And Vomiting?

My wife became nauseas, pale, sweaty & blacked out briefly while at church this morning. She has had 2 episodes of vomiting since, the latest about 30 minutes ago. She can t hold anything down. She has no temp, no sob & her pulse is normal. Also, no dizziness.
