What Causes Nausea, Tender Breasts And Extreme Fatigue?

I started having Nausea, Tender breasts and extreme fatigue Jan 21st. In treating these symptoms and investigating them, we found out I was very backed up and the Metoclopramide started giving me abdominal pain. Since then, we have stopped the Metoclopramide, increased the Salofalk 500mg 3xa day to Asacol 800 mg 3Xday, and started restoralax. Blood work has shown -HCG, Hg126, Ferritin 18, weak+ ANA, CRP 3.7 and Fecal OB + (1499), and neg stool for H Pylori, C Diff, and other infections. My abdominal pain is in the right lower quadrant, with a little in the upper middle. It is not releaved by bowel movements. My bowel movements are formed with lots of mucus and some visible blood (i.e. red mucus, or toilet water turning red). Usually I have frequent loose movements. I have recently also started to get dizzy/light headed on a regular basis and am noticing more blood and mucus than I originally was. We are waiting for a GI consult. How urgently should I get seen with these symptoms? Other than a Crohn s flare-up (I have been suspected of mild crohn s numerous times in the past), what could cause these problems?
