What Causes Nausea, Tiredness, Spotting, Mood Swings And Weight Gain?

hi. ive been experiencing nausea in the morning for the past three weeks to a month. other symptoms are exhaustion or really tired for two weeks, diahrea for two weeks and now im having alittle trouble going to the restroom, mild constipation. my appetite was alot but now its not as good. very emotional, usually cry for no reason. ive also been spotting on and off for the past month. im not sure if im pregnant i just took to tests and they were negative. i also have been experiencing weight gain. anxiety attacks. FYI im a renal transplant patient.
