What Causes Nausea With History Of H.pylori Infection?

I have been nausea for three days I have had h ploryia in the past also I have a 8 mm kidney stone . what I can I do about the nausea I have tried all kinds of over the counter med also I have tried prescription nausea meds the Dr has give me before nothing is helping
