What Causes Nausea,heartburn,lower Abdominal Pain And Back Pain?

I am having nausea, heartburn, pain in my lower abdomen, breast pain, vaginal dryness, fatigue and back pain. I have taken several home pregnancy test, and 1 blood test. All have come back negative. What could be the cause of these issues?
