What Causes Nausea,tiredness And Orangish Red Bleeding During Periods?

hi i am concerned that something may be wrong with me, my last 2 periods started off orange-ish red and that has never happened to me before.The next thing is that before i got my period this month i thought i was pregnant because of how my body was feeling i've been reaaly tired for the past 3 weeks my abdomen area has been feeling funny like the beginning of a pregnancy and the nausea is bad. I have no clue I'm confused and stressed about it please help
