What Causes Neck And Back Pain After Delivering A Baby?

Hi I'm Jodie an i have two children i had my last dec 29 2009 she just made a year ever since the day i had her my neck an back has hurt i don't know what type of doctor i'd need to see or what i could do and if i had the baby too fast or what happen to make me have so much pain .. I went form 3cm to her on my stomach in 15 mintues an after i had her when i was able to get up my back hurt since then it hurts off an on i can't bend down certain ways or pick up anything really with out it hurting an when my back hurts i have even more horrible pain in my neck an if i look downward it's like a shocking feeling down my back form my neck so could i have messed up a nerve durning labor or something ???
