What Causes Neck Pain And Headache After Wisdom Teeth Removal?

My daughter has had episodes of stabbing pain in her neck that are random and intermittent over the past 3 years. We thought they might go away after she had her wisdom teeth removed 2 years ago but they've returned. I looked in her mouth a few weeks ago because she had a mild sore throat and noticed her uvula deviated to the right side and her soft palate was just slightly lower on that side as well. She's had some headaches over the last month or so also. Any ideas what could be going on?
