What Causes Neck Pain And Sweating While Using OTC Wax Drops?

Hi my 16 year old daughter was hit in the ear the other night playing basketball, causing hearing loss and ringing. I took her to the dr the next morning. They irrigated her ear causing excruciating pain. Could see nothing as the ear drum was covered with wax. The dr told me to pick up some OTC wax drops. We used them yesterday everything went well. We were using them again tonight and she screamed in pain that goes down her neck and kept asking me if her teeth were bleeding. She broke out into a sweat and told me she was cold. What could be going on?
