What Causes Neck Pain, Headache And Nosebleed?

hi, i had a bad neck pain which then lead to a headache (right behind my left eye) and than i got a sudden nosebleed...once the nose bleed was done i felt better....also my eyes became very red and i was very tired after all this....is this something i should be worried about?
i'm 28, 5'11 and about 290lbs, no major medical history
