What Causes Neck Pain Radiating Towards Arm And Wrist?

I have pain on the right side of my neck that goes into my shoulder down my arm to my elbow down the my wrist and up through my hand...its a dull achy feeling and sometimes my arm feels numb and my fingers tingle whats going on? also my right hip down to my knee does the same thing
