What Causes Neck Pain Radiating Towards Scapula?

for days now I have had a right sided neck pain that radiates down the right side of my neck and down around my scapula. I cannot turn my neck to the right at all. Swallowing food at times hurt. What is this caused from? Ive had no trauma to this area at all.
