What Causes Neck Pain With Blurred And Double Vision?

I have had neck pain on the right side for several months. I am now having blurred and sometimes double vision in reading only with my right eye. I am also having random muscle twitches and tingling sensations in feet and around my mouth. Have had some blood work done. I am scheduled for a MRI of my neck and brain. What are the likely causes?
