What Causes Neck Pain,discomfort In Throat Plus Numbness Of Lips?

I'm experiencing neck pain at the base and when I turn my head and it also hurts to swollow. Also, up until now my top lip has been numb I asked my parents about and they sum it was a allergy and are taking me to the doctor in a couple days but I'm worried because my neck really hurts.
