What Causes Neck Pain,stuffy Nose And Cough?

As of yesterday I've been experiencing some pain in my neck, more of an outer pain than a throat pain. The spot is on the right side (left side if facing) of my neck and close to the middle both horizontally and vertically. It is sore to the touch and hurts if I'm lying down in certain positions. It also hurts to turn my head to the left. Occasionally it causes pain while swallowing. I also have a stuffy nose, and a cough. Should I go see a doctor?
