What Causes Neck Twitches And Migraine Along With Positive ANA Rest?

I just found out that my ANA test is positive, and my Neurologist said he is not sure what is going on with me. I have a low wbc and my c-5, c-6, and c-7 are bulging. I am only 17. I may have cervical dystonia as well as fibromyalgia. I have neck twitches and severe migraines. Is there an answer to what is wrong with me? Or any kind of connection between this and my ANA results. He doesn't know and is sending me to a Dermatologist an said for me to see him in 12 weeks. I have had an MRI and an EEG, which was fine. I have tattoos and heard it can cause hepatitis. I got a hepatitis vaccination at the end of Feb. it is now May. ?? Please help. I just want answers. I'm 17 and scared to death. A twitch to hard or a wrong movement in my neck during sports or just anything can cause me to pinch my nerve to much and I could break my own neck.
