What Causes Needle Pricking Sensation In The Head?

hi, i am 17 y.o. i am getting extremely violent shake in my hands which are so bad i end up pretty much slapping my legs. i also have shakes in my legs which are worse if on my toes. usually occurs when stressed and after panic attacks. also pins and needles in right side of head and occasionally spine
