What Causes Needles And Pins Feeling In The Feet And Hands?

I get needles and pins feeling in my feet and hands. I just got my results from my neurologist that the NCS/EMG test came back normal. He gave me gabapentin to take for the pain (3 a day) but I still get the needles in my feet & my right hand falls asleep especially when I sleep. Should I see a Rheumatologist next?
