What Causes Nervousness, Headache And Light Headedness?

hi my name is amber.i have been having alot of symptoms which are very jittery,nervousness,lightheaded,headaches,body aches like legs and arm sometimes that i have to rub icy hot like about two times a wk.i also get a burning sensation on neck and back,and sometimes feel blood rush all of a sudden the feeling like when going down a small hill fast for example and sometimes im sensetive to noises and light and have loose stool for a while..the dr told me i had anxiety on dec26th 2010. the body ache and the bad jittery and loose stool started like in feb 2010.and the headaches like a month ago.i started feeling also depress around early april.i get sad all of a sudden and want to cry for small things.they had me on zoloft but only took it for a wk .stop talking because made me feel very sick and was loosing alot of weight. i was very bad around the time they had me on different meds which i was only on for 1 wk each med and than would stop but it got to a point that i decided to stop drugging myself and was making alot of research. i found out that alot of anxiety and depression happends because problem of digestive system like toxins and yeast growth and definciency in vitamins and many more things that can cause all thatand pyroluria can also cause it.my question is could it be the cause of what i have.i started making research because the anxiety happend all of a sudden one day.i wasnt stress or anything at all that day.plus i moved to los angeles and stop eating alot of things like egss and beans vegetables and decided to eat already prepared food that they sale at the grocery stores and noodle cups because i didnt feel comfortable cooking my own meal since we live with my boyfriends mother.would it be good to see a internist?sorr for my long story.
