What Causes Niggling Pain In Between Nipple And Center Of Chest?

I awoke around 5am this morning with a niggling pain in my left breast. It was between my nipple and the centre of my chest. I also started to sweat. I am 43 years old and do not take any medication apart from cerazette birth control. Today I dont feel 100% feel bloated and tired.
