What Causes Night Sweats After A Grand Mal Seizure?

I am a 63 year old female. I have had Nocturnal Epilepsy since Aug 2010. My most recent Grand Mal sizure was on 22 March 15. I have noticed a correlation with increasing night and hot sweats. I am not taking any medication but believe the Epilepsy may be Menopausal Hormone related? What would be the appropriate medication?
