What Causes Night Sweats After Blastocyst Transfer?

Hello, I had a 5 day blastocyst transfer on March 15th and today is the 21st. I take Endometrium 100mg in the am and 100mg in the pm. I was experiencing slight breast tenderness for the first couple days after transfer but now they feel normal. I had some cramping on day 4 & 5 but no other symptoms. I have also been having night sweats for the past couple of nights. My blood test is not until the 28th but I wanted to ask if this is a bad sign that I have no symptoms? Are night sweats common?
