What Causes Night Sweats And Elevated Platelets While Having Multiple Sclerosis?

Hello, I am a 38 yr old female diagnosed with MS. I have been experiencing night sweats that smell like vinegar, my Platelets are elevated to 518, my White Cells are at 11.1, and my Neurologist has just refered me to a Hematologist/Oncologist. What could be causing all of these unusual symptoms?
