What Causes Night Sweats And Vitamin D Deficiency?

Hi, I am currently having night sweats - almost every night. I am 39 yrs old and very healthy. I recently had blood tests run - my E2 is 174 and my PROG is 1.7. I also have a slight vit D deficiency despite being out in the sun quite regularly and an >90 GFR. Are any of these things related. I have been having depoprovera injections for the last 12 years and haven't had a period since.
