What Causes Night Sweats In A Hypertension Person?

I am a 63 yo male who has night soaking night sweats around my neck at night. I take Losartan and Diltiazem 240 mg. I have high blood pressure which is maintained by Losartan. I quit smoking cigars 5 years ago and I drink about 6 alcoholic beverages a night.
