What Causes Night Sweats, Sore Joints And Stiff Legs While On Paxil?

I have been on celexa for many years, it has stopped working for me,the doctor put me on Paxil ,I have been on it for about two or three months ,but this last month I have been having night sweats and very sore joints,like a stiffness in my legs and hands.could it be the medication ?
