What Causes Night Sweats To Smell Like Urine?

Hi..what would make night sweats smell like urine? Or almost like urine? Its terrible. Ive changed my diet a couple times and still its bad. Im an athletic,fit 41 year old man who's been having this problem. Im not peeing myself. I wear pajamas now to make sure..and keep alot of the smell from getting on the bed. Thanks
