What Causes Nightfall Leading To Burning Sensation In Stomach?

Sir i m suffering from nightfall.now it is happening thrice a week. After it is a very burning sensation in my stomach.then i suffering from cold and headache which doesn t stop for the whole day or 2 days.i watch some porn videos on the Internet only two times in a month.where there is a lot of weakness because of wet dreams or i can see nocturnal emissions.please kindly help me.
