What Causes Nightmares Along With Fluctuation In Blood Pressure?

My wife, age 84, experiences at night, accompanied by strange dreams, a flushed feeling in her head & arms--sometimes accompanied by higher than her normal B/P, also slight headache in back of head and slight nausea. It lasts from 15 min to over an hour. The MD s cannot diagnose it. Jim YYYY@YYYY
