What Causes Nipple Area Lumps With Pain, Pus And Bleeding?

hi i have a small lump on my left breast near my nipple. I have had this once before it hurts when i touch it. It started to bleed and pus cam out of it once that happened it disappeared and now i have another one in the exact same spot what is it and why do i have it?
