What Causes Nipple Area Nevi With Breast And Nipple Tenderness?

Hello i am 21 yearsold i was due on my period on the 29th April and have still not come on, today i have noticed some white spots around my nipple area that look like white heads, my boobs have been very tender to touch the last week and now so are my nipples, my partner has also said that i have become very emotional this last week or so, i have resently come of antibiotics too but they have never before stopped my peroid. Could you help please thank you
