What Causes Nipple Discharge And Nausea?

I'm a 34 year old female, last first day of period was 9th December, the last few days I have been feeling nauseated but not vomited, very sore nipples and extra discharge. I have taken two home pregnancy tests which were both negative.
Not sure what to do next?
