What Causes Nipple Discharge?

Milk comes out of my nipples when I squeeze them. I haven't breastfed for 2 years and am not pregnant. I have had my prolactin and progesterone levels checked and they are normal. I have hypothyroid and my thyroid levels and currently normal. What else should I do?
