What Causes Nipple Pain And Stomach Bloating After Having An Abortion?

I had an abortion around the end of Jan,the bleeding lasted for around two weeks with crumping but stopped afterwords. My worry is my nipples have been paining ever since then upto now and am still having lower abdominal pain plus bloating.Around the end of Feb i had protected sex but it was painful and i even bled.Am expecting my periods this month but am so worried because my appetite has never gone back to normal,my abdomen is tender and feels swollen as though am pregnant and most times when i press below my lower abdomen i feel something slightly hard.Are all these signs normal?
